Responsibilities

-Build the analytics infrastructure for the project using Firebase (client-side) and an in-house server-side analytics system:

-Define requirements for data collection and storage, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

-Create analytical reports for business stakeholders and providing actionable recommendations for the technical team.

-Collaborate with the business team to enhance and evolve the product:

-Assist in the development of metrics, evaluation methodologies, and forecasting models.

-Align analytical goals and tasks with broader business objectives.

-Plan and conduct user behavior analysis, evaluating results, working with hypotheses, and validating them together with the product team.

-Cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, game designers, management, and marketing.and partners, providing accurate and timely information on development status and key milestones.

What skills will you use

- 2+ years of experience in product data analytics within the gaming industry or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets (experience with BigQuery is a strong plus).
- Solid experience in developing product dashboards in BI systems for various team and company needs.
- Experience in building complex, multifunctional monitoring systems.
- Proven ability to formulate and test hypotheses to solve complex problems.
- Understanding of cohort analysis, RFM analysis, and user segmentation.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and present key insights and hypotheses, including through visualizations.
- Excellent knowledge of mathematical statistics and experience in statistical hypothesis testing.
- Experience working with analytics systems at the ETL/ELT pipeline level.
- Proficiency in Python, including data processing libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, etc. Experience with classical ML libraries is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Excel and spreadsheets for data modeling and rapid analysis.
