Responsibilities
-Art Team Planning & Management: Collaborate with the Feature Owner to plan sprints, assign tasks, set priorities, and track deadlines for the art team, which includes specialists in 3D Art, Concept Art, Animation, VFX, Tech Art, and Render.
-Coordination & Communication: Facilitate daily stand-ups, monitor task progress, and act as the primary liaison between the Art Department, Game Designers, Developers, and external partners.
-Reporting & Analytics: Maintain project documentation, analyze team performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
-Team Development & Culture: Foster a motivated, productive, and positive work environment for the art team.
-Process Improvement & Workflow: Optimize internal art pipelines and workflows. Configure and manage work tools (e.g., Jira) for maximum efficiency. Establish and improve collaboration processes with external partners.
What skills will you use
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Art Manager, Art Producer, or Project Manager leading art teams in the game industry. Mandatory experience managing teams of 15-20 people, specifically with 3D Artists and 3D Animators.
- Production Knowledge: Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with the full-cycle production of game art content by an in-house team.
- Process Building: Proven track record of building efficient processes from scratch, including planning, task distribution, quality control, and release preparation.
- Technical Art Understanding: Deep knowledge of art pipelines and all stages of 2D/3D content creation, from concept to final in-game implementation.
- Methodology & Tools: Practical experience with task management systems (Jira, Asana) and both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
Bonus skills:
- Personal interest in football and sports simulators.
- Hands-on professional experience in one or more areas of 3D art (modeling, texturing, rigging, animation).
