We have developed our own cross-platform engine that allows us to create games with excellent graphics and gameplay. Using our custom engine, we created the mobile shooter Battle Prime that has gained over 17 million installs and holds a rating above 4.5 in the App Store and Google Play.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer to help us craft high-performing marketing creatives — from videos and UGC to animations, static assets, and playable ads. This role is for someone with a strong visual sense, a solid grasp of performance marketing, and the drive to turn creative ideas into results.

Responsibilities

-Build and own the creative vision and creative strategy.

-Research the market and competitors, identify trends and proven patterns, and translate them into hypotheses and a prioritized creative backlog.

-Ensure a continuous flow of creative briefs and manage the full creative production cycle — from idea/script to final assets and iterations.

-Plan creative tests together with the UA team, analyze results, and run regular retrospectives.

-Coordinate the in-house production team and external vendors, ensuring quality, timelines, and a stable output of creatives., ensuring quality, deadlines, and consistent creative output

What skills will you use

- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Marketing Creative Specialist, Video Producer, or Motion/UA Creative Lead in mobile game development.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and why creatives are the key driver of CPI/IPM.
- Hypothesis-driven mindset and ability to make decisions based on data and metrics.
- Creative and structured thinking: able to generate ideas and turn them into scalable production pipelines.
- Solid understanding of the full video and playable production cycle.
- Experience working closely with designers, video creators, and motion artists.
- Good understanding of the mobile gaming industry.

Bonus skills:
- Experience with football/sports games.
- Skills in video editing, motion design, or narrative storytelling.
- Experience producing UGC-style creatives.
