Responsibilities
-Building a system for LTV forecasting, forecast validation, and segmentation for calculations (traffic types, countries, channels, etc.).
-Developing a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of acquisition channels and campaigns. Identifying growth opportunities and budget optimization points.
-Conducting various studies, segmenting audiences for acquisition and retargeting goals. Refining operational approaches based on results.
-Planning, launching, and analyzing A/B tests for ad creatives, promotional campaigns, in-game events, and monetization mechanics.
-Creating and maintaining automated dashboards in BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) for marketing, product, and management teams.
-Collaborating with the UA team for data-driven decision-making; with product analysts to understand marketing's impact on the gaming experience; and with the creative department to evaluate asset effectiveness.
What skills will you use
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst / Data Analyst in mobile F2P.
- Solid knowledge of probability theory and statistics with practical application experience (designing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests, traffic analysis, building forecasts).
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis.
- Experience working with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular) and understanding attribution principles.
- Practical experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance, understanding different optimization types (ROAS, CPI, CPE), and traffic sources (SRN, DSP, SDK, Incent, etc.).
- Deep understanding of key marketing and product metrics (IPM, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, Retention, ARPU).
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio) for building self-serve dashboards and analytical solutions.
- Systems thinking, ability to see the bigger picture behind the numbers, and communicate complex findings in simple terms.
