Responsibilities
-Design and configuration of new meta mechanics and events to improve the KPI of the project and the player experience
-Design and improvement progression systems in the game
-Work on game economy and monetisation
-Balancing and configuring live-ops cycles
-Collaborating with game analytics to Identify growth opportunities and improve the game economy
What skills will you use
- Experience in Game design/ monetization on free to play projects for at least 3 years
- Understanding the principles of f2p monetization in midcore projects
- Experience with meta systems/mechanics, from concept to implementation in the game
- Work experience with game analytics and understanding key product metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus skills:
- Launching a commercially successful project or working on one
- Having successful cases in operating the project's economy and monetization
