We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to work on a football project. You will not just manage social media accounts but create and execute the game's brand digital strategy, directly impacting its recognition, growth, and audience retention.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a global SMM strategy for key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, VK*), aligned with product and marketing goals (installs, retention, monetization).
-Lead the creation of engaging content: from gameplay videos and Reels to collaborations with players (UGC).
-Create and develop a team of SMM specialists/content creators. Establish efficient processes for content planning, production, approval, and publishing.
-Analyze campaign performance (ER, CTR, conversions, engagement), conduct A/B tests on formats and tone. Propose and implement strategy improvements based on data insights.
-Develop and manage an influencer engagement strategy (from football bloggers to top gamers), including outreach, negotiations, performance monitoring, and collaboration effectiveness analysis.
-Work closely with community managers to synchronize activities, quickly respond to player feedback, and enhance audience loyalty.
What skills will you use
- 5+ years of experience as an SMM Manager or SMM Team Lead in the game development industry, preferably in mobile F2P projects. Experience with sports or competitive (PvP) games is a plus.
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing SMM strategies that led to audience growth and improved key metrics (installs, engagement rate).
- Expert-level analytical skills: confident work with social media metrics, ability to build reports and make data-driven conclusions.
- Understanding of the full content production cycle: from idea and brief to working with designers, copywriters, video editors, and publishing.
- Advanced level of English (for working with a global audience and analytics).
- Portfolio or case studies with specific examples of successful campaigns, channel growth, or viral content.
Bonus skills:
- Personal passion for football and a deep understanding of its culture, terminology, context, and audience.
- Experience in launching SMM promotion for a game from scratch.
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
