Responsibilities

-Active sourcing of candidates for current vacancies.

-Ensuring a flow of resumes/portfolios from candidates.

-Evaluating resumes/portfolios and initial communication.

-Communication with candidates: processing responses and screening candidates, written communication with candidates (clarifying questions about experience, scheduling interviews).

-Processing incoming recommendations from employees: evaluating candidates, searching for additional contacts.

What skills will you use

- Knowledge of the main channels and tools for candidate search.
- Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of recruitment.
- Understanding and familiarity with the process of searching for candidates for development and art positions.
- Completion of recruitment courses.
- Desire to develop in recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing/recruitment for at least 6 months in gamedev or IT companies will be a significant plus.
